Málaga is a port city in Andalusia, southern Spain, on the Costa del Sol (Mediterranean Sea). According the 2006 census the population is 558,287.
Málaga is surrounded by mountains, lying in the southern base of the Axarquía hills, and two rivers, the Guadalmedina - the historic center is located on its left bank - and the Guadalhorce , that flows west of the city into the Mediterranean.
The city has much revenue from the agricultural sector and from tourism. The climate is mild and equable, the mean annual temperature being about 19 °C (66 °F).

Sevilla is the capital of Andalusia. The provences of Andalusia are Huelva, Sevilla, Cádiz, Córdoba, Málaga, Jaén, Granada and Almería. Andalusia has a very rich history. It has influences from Roman and Moorish times, which you can still see today. Because of this there are lots of cultural places to visit, for example the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro in Málaga, the Alhambra in Granada, the Mosquito of Córdoba and the Alcazar in Sevilla. For who loves nature, there is also a lot to see and do in Andalusia. Ofcourse Andalusia is famous for the Costa del Sol, but there is much more: The atlantic beaches (very famous for (kite-) surfing), the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, El Camino del Rey in El Chorro and a lot of natural parks and caves.
